REFUND AND RETURNS
We at Health Mushrooms are committed to providing you with the highest quality and freshest mushroom products. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your Health Mushrooms purchase.
Eligible Returns
Freshly Harvested Mushrooms
- Unopened and within 3 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt.
- Opened but with visible signs of spoilage or damage within 24 hours of purchase.
Functional Mushroom Products
- Unopened and within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt.
- Opened but determined to be faulty or defective within 30 days of purchase. We may require the product to be returned for inspection.
Ineligible Returns
- Freshly harvested mushrooms that are opened and show no signs of spoilage or damage beyond 24 hours of purchase.
- Functional mushroom products that are opened and not faulty or defective beyond 30 days of purchase.
- Products that have been consumed or used in any way.
- Products that are not purchased from Health Mushrooms directly or from an authorized retailer.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at info@healthmushrooms or by phone at +27833709781 within the eligible return window.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
