Eligible Returns
Freshly Harvested Mushrooms
- We take great pride in the quality of our fresh mushrooms but cannot take responsibility for it once it leaves our care and do not accept any returns.
Functional Mushroom Products
- Unopened and within 7 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt.
- Opened but determined to be faulty or defective within 7 days of purchase. We may require the product to be returned for inspection.
Ineligible Returns
- Functional mushroom products that are opened and not faulty or defective beyond 30 days of purchase.
- Products that have been consumed or used in any way.
- Products that are not purchased from Health Mushrooms directly.
The Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at info@healthmushrooms or by phone at +27833709781 within the eligible return window.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
