Ingredients and Method
ASIAN MUSHROOM RECIPE
- 8oz of Mushrooms
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 pieces of garlic (sliced)
- 3-5 pieces of ginger (sliced)
- red chilis (optional)
- fresh basil
SAUCE
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 3 tbs rice wine (sake or Chinese cooking wine)
- 1.5 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tsp of sugar
ASIAN MUSHROOM RECIPE
- Prep mushrooms by chopping/trimming the ends of the mushroom
- Heat a pan with cooking oil and add in your aromatics.
- Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add in the mushrooms and stir fry for 1-2 mins
- Add in sauce mixture and stir fry for 1-2 mins
- Add fresh basils and stir fry till the mushroom is cooked through
Serve with rice and enjoy!
